Short shocks

Well got my air suspension all hocked up yesterday, but im not fully satisfied with how low it got in the front. So im looking for some shocks with a shorter tube. Does anyone know of where to get that?

You may find that the issue isn't shock length but rather that the control arms lay on the strut tower and that it therefore needs some drilling done with a hole saw.

So you have encountered that problem on your 8 as well? Didn't look like that was the problem in my case tho.

Yeah, I ran into that. B6/B7 4s have the issue as well. I thought it was shock length but it was not.

If it is shock length another option is to have the bottom mount shortened like this guy did

Another example from soeone using UAS bags:

So long as the welds are good you'll be fine with this.

Ah ok, im going to shorten the peg in the bottom of the shock like the pic you attached and look how it goes.

Im running Universal Air Suspension bags on mine, which are doing on yours?
