Ok then folks, here's your Romping Reporter checking in with the details for our hotel/base for the Annual A8/S8 Owners Meeting in the Forest of Dean -

We have also asked that they reserve the lowest price rooms upwards and here is a selection of the rooms and prices etc - All prices are Per Room per night for a Double or Twin Rooms and are for Bed and Full English Breakfast for 2 people - • Cottage Twin or Double (2 of each available) £67.50 (£33.75 per head) • Cottage Twin with Sitting Room (1 available) £76.50 (£38.25 per head) • Cottage Ground Floor Double (1 available) £76.50 (£38.25 per head) • Standard Courtyard Doubles & Twins (7 available) £76.50 (£38.25 per head) • Courtyard Family Rm Sleeping 2 (3 available) £85.50 (£42.75 per head) • Main House attic double (4 available) £90.00 (£45.00 per head) • Main House Twin or Double (6 available) £99.00 (£49.50 per head) For single room occupancy only please talk to Sharone at the hotel as there could possibly be some reduction for not having 2 breakfasts. Family Rooms can accommodate up to 2 children for an additional £15/head per child. For those who want to make a weekend of it they are also offering an "Explorer Break" from £57.50 per person for 2 nights - Total cost of £230 for two people to include;- • Accommodation in a Cottage or Courtyard room • Full English breakfast each morning • A packed lunch • A two course dinner in one of the Hotel Restaurants • A two course dinner in the Orangery • Bring your four legged friend for an extra £10 per night • Upgrade to a room in the main house for an extra £10 per person per night. (please note that dogs are accepted in outside rooms only) • Minimum stay, 2 nights • VAT at 20% So to summarise - please contact the hotel direct by email or phone and talk to Sharone, mentioning the A8/S8 Owners Annual Meeting. She will book your choice of reserved room from what is left available. Once you have booked please update the attendance thread to confirm which nights you are booked in as this hopefully gives us an idea of what rooms are still free and who is coming when.
