Over the weekend I thought that I would give the car a thorough clean so I clay barred it, and then gave it a good going over with a DA polisher and some Fareclas G3 and G10. Whilst I was probably a bit hesitant about going too hard with the G3, it has removed the majority of the swirls and halos. Underneath a dull, dark/blue-black exterior it revealed the blue-ness of the pearlescent finish. :) Really pleased with the work but it has revealed the stone chips in the bonnet. :( Even SWMBO was impressed and then asked how much it would be to get the bonnet sprayed!+++
