Heater blowers dead after a blocked drains problem - Solar Roof relay?

Hi all,
wonder if you can help me out with a problem with my 2005 D3 A8.
Following complaints of a very steamed up car followed by water splashing onto feet when going round corners I decided it might be time to clean out the aircon drains.... Which I've done and I'm happy that it's all clear now. There must have been over a litre of water in the tank still :o
The passenger side footwell carpet in particular was really wet. So I've dried it out as best I can, but I've noticed that now the heater blowers don't work at all. Just totally dead like something's fused. The blower fuse seems fine though.
Is there something else that could have fused/tripped/busted as a result of the wetness? I've got a solar roof, which I can see effects D2 blowers sometimes, but wasn't sure if the D3 was the same?
Can anyone recommend anything to test or check please? No blowers means the car's out of action in this weather :(
Thanks in advance,
James

I've found what must be the solar relay under the passenger carpet this evening along with some other beefy fuses. I'll test those all tomorrow.
Seems my bulkhead plenum around the cabin air intake is not draining though, it was totally full of water and I can just see wetness on the 2 electrical connector plugs inside the blower housing :(
I've drained it now and I'll have a proper go at the job tomorrow.
Any tips or tricks very gratefully received

Got this sorted now. it was the blower motor in the end.
Thanks to Carl from Prestige for getting me the bits out so fast +++

How much did it cost overall for the blower motor plus fitting?
