Heated front screen?
 

Whilst sorting out my blower motor issue I came across a loose wire in the scuttle in my car (2005 D3) which looks like it's for a heated screen, but it's gaffa taped to the loom and doesn't have anywhere to plug into.

Can anyone verify if this is a heated screen wire?
Does this mean I've got a heated screen fitted, but the car doesn't have the loom for it?

Heated screen wiring is all inside the car. Not sure what this could be.. Maybe resting heater or something similar.
