Have we just booked a Thomson holiday to a war zone:Confused:

It's officially in the Foreign Office's green zone... JUST

So that will be holiday in a hot place then.

I wouldn't bat an eye at going there. I've heard its great, sunny and very good for snorkeling. Have fun+++

Cheers. We hope so. Just feel a bit ignorant holidaying in or next door to a very volatile area. Not our style, nor is the package holiday... We always holiday in the inlaws' place in the Dordogne, driving or flying. Partly why I bought the D3.

Anyway, I'll post up some pics afterwards.
