Hi.
If anyone has purchased vcds equipment from these people, could you help me please?
I bought my cable and software from them about 3 yrs ago.
It is version 10.6, but worked absolutely fine.
My windows 7 laptop has just been rebuilt, and to retrieve a 64 bit driver, for the software, requires a password to the link. However, it appears the password has changed in the last 3 yrs (understandably).
I have contacted the seller, and about 6 hrs later they replied and only supplied the link - not the password.
I was pleased they replied at all, as I have contacted them several times before asking about compatibility windows 8....to which there was no reply!
The company is only contactable by email.
I paid £80 for the cable and software and am aware it costs considerably more for a more 'supported' version.
So, if anyone knows the current password to retrieve the 64 bit driver, can you help?

Download the official version off the VCDS web site, install but don't run.

Then run the software you have for your cable and it'll recognise the 64 bit driver from the official release
