Vredestein Ultrac Vordi in 275/35/20 For Sale

Have just bought a set of 20" D3 alloys, but it turns out the tyres are the wrong size for my requirements. I have the options of buying spacers and using what I have, or changing my tyres to a different size, and as of yet I'm not sure what to do. So I would like to test the water to see if anyone has any interest in the following:

Tyres are Vredestein Ultrac Vordi in 275/35/20. The cheapest I can find these online is Openeo for £153 each, so basically £612 for all four tyres. (The original purchaser paid £800). These tyres aren't new but have only covered about 4000 miles, so still approximately 6mm of tread remaining. In all fairness I haven't measured them but that's what was stated in the add when I bought them. All tyres in the following condition.

Not sure on price but at a guess would £360 plus delivery for all four be fair.

Just out of interest.....what are your tyre requirements?

Also, where are you based?

If I sell these I would be replacing them with the correct size of 255 x 35 x 20's, as that is apparantly the correct size for my 9 inch alloys. I am based in Northern Ireland.

The cheap way out for me is simply to buy 5mm spacers for the front of my car and just use what I have, but thought it might be an idea to try here first to see if anyone had any interest ......

Hi Ricky.
I thought 275/35 was the correct size for a 20 x 9 wheel?

I thought so too buddy !!!!! It seems there can be a problem running 9" D3 wheels on a D2 which should be 8.5" if you have the later aluminium hubs. So only two options, run 5mm spacers on the front or buy 255 tyres rather than 275.

Some people have successfully ran 275's on their D2's but I'm afraid mine touched the front suspension arms.

255s will fit, but won't look right on the 9J rims.

I disagree, they looked pretty sweet on my old D2!

Ive got a set of 8.5 FE's on my D3 that I wouldnt mind swapping for 9's subject to tyres being ok both ways if youre interested. I even have a brand new spare wheel that is a 9" FE so it would probably work well for us both. Let me know if interested and we can pm/chat by phone

Ok. I didn't realise your D3 wheels were to go onto a D2.

I put some 18" genuine RS6 alloys (8.5 x 18) on my old D2. With their small offset (et30) - they looked really nice on the D2. Incidentally, they were using 255/40 tyres.

It will be interesting to see how yours looks when they're on?
