CD changer 'ERROR' message
 

Got this error message last night while trying to cycle between two CDs that are loaded in the magazine.

The magazine now doesn't pop out when the button in the boot is pressed :(

Anybody had this before?

Yes, the changer is on the way out.

I have had it a few times but have always been able to extract the magazine. It has usually occurred after changing discs and inserting a new stack. I think its time for a change to MP3 player.... but i have other concerns and claims on my pocket right now.

As I think I mentioned recently in another thread, I have a spare CD changer that definitely works.
I'll bring it to the annual meet if you want it and remind me. ;)

I'd try disconnecting the plug in the boot, then reconnecting to see if that "resets" it.
