There is no difference in cost on the D3 strangly other than W12 and S8 "due to exhaust system being in the way of the sump "
So everything in D3 range Barr the above is a flat rate of £450 including vat and parts + labour that includes filter/strainer 10L of lifeguard 6 sump gasket. Sump plug. O-ring seals. And of course the flush and change of fluid.
Sump bolts are £1.76 each should any need replacing and we stock plenty.
More crucial is having a photo of the green zf plaque so that the correct filter is used "correct pick up length ect"
Regarding D2. The price is the same. And service is the same

Lifeguard 8 fluid is sadly more expensive. But more importantly not every zf 6 speed box can superseed to life guard 8.
Iirc there are arround 25 types of box that are able to use life guard 8 following an ecu firmware flash.

As for curtacy car. Yes we have a 2011 golf " of the recently non compliant soot chucking variety "
And a 2010 Golf 1.6 tdi.
Sadly no large A8s however I am considering a D2 as a curtacy car in the not to distant future "due to the age it will however be subject to your own insurance unlike the golfs"
Time wise we recommend that it's with us a day from 9am -4-5pm ..but of course we would call as soon as it's ready and been valeted and ready to go.
