I have an unofficial resolution to get myself down to the 14st mark. Not doing too badly since the latter part of last year I went from 17st 6lb to 15st 10lb
Even through Xmas, I've only put a couple of pounds back on, and have still maintained my 42 -> 38 inch waist loss......yay me!!!
Unfortunately, a thigh injury early this year scuppered most of my excercise regime
Just started the badminton up again though, so should start losing it again soon.....just need to stop topping up on Sainsbury's taste the difference cookies, with 39p off!!!
