The phone module is an optional extra, not all models have it. Those that do not will show not installed when you press the button.

I have a phone in my D3, its not even bluetooth and is a fixed car phone with a bluetooth handset. There is also a proper bluetooth module, which I am reasonably sure can be retrofitted and coded.
