My MOT test station is run by a guy I know well and I asked him first time in with the S8 and he said the matchine rolls the opposite wheel backwards through the diff so the centre Torsen has no load.
He did not however know about the air suspension trying to compensate when the axles are being lifted independent of each other in the test ramp.
So remember to put it in jacking mode prior dropping it off.
