Mmmmmm , engine torque signal may be reduced due to engine thinking engine oil temp is to high .... it's defaulted to a safer map as safe guard

Gearbox ecu will pick up on this on the network from engine and pass fault over to abs / traction
Very often any engine management issue the traction and cruise control will be disabled


Jag xf diesels have similar issue but other way round , gearbox oil temp sensor shows oil temp to high and defaults engine to a safer map ... not full limp though but you can feel some power loss , cruise and traction get disabled also

Not 100% with the Audi but could be a possibility
