Ideally what you want are access points rather than routers (though it can be done with these too and probably cheaper).

You want to make sure that they don't have the same frequency channel. Ideally, you want to use 1, 6 and 11 though with 4 points you'll end up with an overlap, just make it two diagonally opposite units and that won't be so bad.
