Thanks Ian, it does seem cheap but the company seems very reputable and like I said earlier they are a ZF agent. They have had good reviews so I'm willing to give them a go. £1400 is without the AA warranty so it should cost me £900 for a full rebuild if the AA cough up, Nigel the auto specialist at VMPT said he has done work under the same warranty on some S8's and an RS 6 and they have paid up their share (£500) no problem so fingers crossed this all goes smoothly. I just need to have a chat with Ben to see when he can pull the box out, I think he said 4/5 hours labours which I think is very reasonable.
