On the Bluetooth yes, if you have the UV glass that maybe a problem for phone signal.
However you can have multiple devices connected to the Wifi hotspot, that would then get data access through the SIM/Main Phone RSAP connection.
It is worth noting that the early cars (which I suspect the one linked above would be) will only connect at 2G speeds, which is painfully slow. You can have the mobile "radio" updated for ~£500 outside of the dealer network or a new 5F unit which will set you back approx £3,500 from a main dealer
