Update:
went out this morning to start her up and she was not i the best mood. Kept dying after a little throttle. so i got her back into the driveway.
Had the car running while i started to remove the top plastic cover and the rubber hose that goes to the 'AF/Airbox, and there was not any noticable difference even when the box and MAF was disconnected.
So surely this had to be the MAF gone dead.
But I also saw that the rubber hose that goes between the pipe and the MAF/Box is nearly split in two so thats makes me unsure on which part to try first.. The broken rubber hose wil clarely make the MAF useless and might explain my low G/S readings.
Has anybody replaced the hose with Silicone or similar?
