I recently replaced a rear caliper on mine. The caliper themselves are identical what ever PR code you have, excluding ceramics, and the steel S8's are only painted black but still the same caliper. Only difference is offside or nearside. It's the caliper carrier that changes to accommodate the difference in rear disc size.

If you only have a fluid leak I would consider a rebuild kit of new seals and dust boot. That's what I was going to do to mine as initially I had a stuck piston. But on closer inspection my EPB case had a crack in it, even though I had no EPB errors I decided to fit a complete new unit. Having advice from Delboy I fitted it myself, cheers mate

It cost me £194 for the new caliper after I received the surcharge back. All in all a fairly simple task if you have VCDS.
