Cameron is Pro EU, could you really ask him to withdraw the UK from the EU? Cameron resigning has checked mated who ever evokes Article 50. It is political suicide... if you don't follow the will of the country you're gone. Evoke Artical 50 and the UK breaks up, economy dive bombs short to middle term, you're gone. Nobody wants this poisoned chalice. A pyrrhic win for the out vote. That's why things are moving slowly and this uncertainty is good for nobody - xenophobia is on the rise, bank stocks suspended, list goes on... The enormity of withdrawal has started to sink in.
