After sending in the sales receipt for mine along with two adverts for similar cars and also quoting the ombudsman about what market value means (likely cost to the customer of buying a car as near possibly identical), they've agreed the valuation was wrong and are going to repair it.

the bodyshop called today to say they've ordered the parts, i'm not sure what the lead time will be on them but they'll be giving me a call later with an estimated date for completion.
