Hello gents!

I wonder if it´s possible to change my stock 4 spoke steering wheel into a 3 spoke sports steering wheel?

Here´s two examples of identical 3 spoke steering wheels as the one I´ve found. They seem to have been in both A3´s, A4´s and A6´s:

My car is a 2004 D3 4.2.
