Yes, the drilled & grooved discs are on as they were the best of the selection we had
Its probably worth mentioning that other than replacing the front seats, which were mysteriously missing (!), very little of what we've done has been anything unusual for a D2, or indeed the B5s and C5s which are my bread & butter. Most of it has been the same work I did on mine, what I'm expecting to do on the FE when it arrives too, and what I would expect most of them to need sooner or later. We've basically compressed 2-3 years maintenance in to 4 weeks. The alternator 'fix' is no different to what I would have done on my own car in the same situation.
At least I didn't have to take the engine out of this one!
