One owner on an older prestige car is almost unheard of - If you can afford a 60K car, you can afford to update it, so you change it after 12-24 months, you dont want to be seen in the last years model...
We had an S8 2 years ago with sub 30K on the clock, so at 6 years old it has averaged less than 5K / year, and you could tell.... It was very tight...
Center caps are in the boot by the looks of it....

Mine was a one owner with 55K on the clock when I bought it - he had just retired and treated himself to a nice car.
After 8 years of ownership, his eyesight was failing him, so it had to go!!
Down side of being old and going blind is the car is full of scratches.....
