Will add a few more later tonight lads, glad you like her
The seats and interior were sorted for me by two lads that originally worked in the TVR trimming dept. and have set up again in virtually the same place. Proper decent blokes who know their trade. They tell; some great stories about getting models ready for the motor shows. I was really pleased with the work and the smell is to die for every time I get in the drivers seat The carpets were fun about 35 pieces like a large puzzle, I had them leather bound to match the interior and they finish it off well.

The Stag I have owned for around 8-9 years now, I have done a fair amount of work and she still needs more but I haven't the heart to take her off the road. Only done around 60K and runs as sweet as, I have every MOT ticket. Most of the overheating was just poor 70's build issues and the fact the water pump is situated at the top of the block so if you loose a bit of coolant (which you can't see as the system is sealed with no visible cue) the water pump is pumping fresh air, cue head gasket failure vast amounts of steam
I run a header tank from a ford cosworth on mine a decent electric fan and make sure the system is clean and hey presto she never overheats she makes a lovely burble too although somewhat slower than the other two V8's
Back to work more exciting meetings
Cheers Glyn
