I've been quiet over the past few weeks due to my house renovation project kicking in. It means I missed GTI international, and I missed the A8oc meet at Harrogate Audi but absolutely couldnt be helped..
Since the end of May builder have been building an extension on the side of my house, and installing a whole load of steel work so that I can open up the side of the house and end up with some huge living space by the end of it.
On top of that, theres been a lot of work gone into the home automation design, ventilation system design, underfloor heating, insulation, cable & duct routing and theres still a lot to do.....
Builders should have finished the outer shell by mid August, which means I can start to control my own time, but until then I seem to have a right jobon babysitting to make sure everything goes exactly where I need it.
On top of that, I've had to empty the house and move the family completely out into a rented house about 3 miles away.... Sheesh that took some man power...., and then the kitchen and bathroom came out to make room for the supports to hold the wall whilst they installed the steel, so basically I have not a lot left in terms of a home right now !!

This is going to gobble pretty much all my spare time for this year at least, but rest assured, I am still here......
