Hit rev limit in top gear quite comfortably!

Very interesting mate.
Played heavily with the 2.0-3.0TDi engines with turbo swaps and injectors etc. but never had the pleasure of a 4.0 TDi or 4.2 TDi to mess with like that. Remaps them as standard and they go very very well! But that's enough for most people.
What size were the injectors you used in the end? Some scaling on the maps there!
