I would use an interior shampoo type cleaner, or dilute that stuff 50/50 before using it inside the car.

If you have residue, you need to rinse the cleaner off really well - maybe use a rubber trim dressing on afterwards?

I've used this product for many years now, and it really is an ace product!

Non acidic, and doesn't sem to attack plastic or rubber - great for the alloys

ETA - Try a regular polish on your B post trim to restore the shine on the black.
