Although on a 'normal' selling day ebay's fees would be 10% I think. You got a very good price although I think that is overpriced 
I know the newer ones are limited but only when coding/adaptations I think, not when reading or clearing codes. They also cover all models where as the older ones don't cover some of the newer models
