Not sure you can from Dropbox. Most picture sharing sites will give you code to put between [IMG] [/IMG] tags, but Dropbox doesn't appear to, following your link. Plus that picture is huge anyway
This site does allow you to upload pictures directly though so if you're on a PC, possibly a tablet, you should be able to upload them straight in to the post like I have done here.
