Is there such a thing for a 2001 S8?

When the rear pads were replaced last time I noticed a small tear in the rubber boot that protects the piston and I really should get around to doing the job properly.

Has anyone else been down this road and is there a repair kit which would include the rubber boot and if so what other bits & pieces might likely be included?
