Default Stereo Upgrade Part 2

So after upgrading my headunit (Thread here) I decided to complete the upgrade.

Soon after the headunit, I added an amp - a Blaupunkt THA555 - this fits in the rear "cubby" perfectly and provides front, rear and sub outputs (using the 3 RCA inputs that the head unit gives out):

Then I added 17cm Coaxial Focal 165 CVX rear speakers. The advantage of these was that I could fit them under the stock grills (with a little bit of modification!) and only the keen eyed will spot that the grill sits slightly higher!:

This weekend I built a box for a JL Audio 8W3V3-4 8" subwoofer and fitted it in the ski hatch (having angle grinded out the panel last weekend!):

.

After that I decided to add an AV panel into the middle consol. This has RCA inputs for the headunit (Aux 2) and a stereo jack input (Aux 1) and a USB input (which also does the ipod) and finally a USB socket for charging any device:

I'm really pleased with the result - I've aimed for subtlety and the resulting sound is fantastic. (I also changed the electric aerial for a whip one - similar to the S8 style)
