But shouldn't the key open the boot in the case of a flat battery? Ive been checking the action on the lock and ive assumed that the mechanical action is in someway faulty but cant yet work out what should happen as not having any battery to drive the unlocking pump i cant figure how it works with/without power. All linkages seem ok.  |
In my experience it
will open the boot, unless the battery is
really flat, in which case I have the same experience already mentioned - i.e. the key turning in the boot lock, but with nothing happening
