I'd wholly recommend ceramic. It costs a few hundred quid, but lasts at least three years, and makes washing the car a whole lot quicker and easier, as well as protecting the car better than any polish does.

I think I've got CQuartz Pro on mine, but I can't remember to be honest, but definitely worth getting a pro to do it, properly.
