As a follow up,

I am still getting a vibration and noise at highway speed. It feels like a wheel weight is off but sounds like bearing noise. The vibration is felt through the pedals and remains even if the driveline is put into neutral.

I have changed;

Brake rotors and pads
Wheels front to rear (including trying the spare)
A wheel bearing
Gearbox fluid - many times (due to other leak)
front engine torque mount
ALL suspension arms
Tie rods inner and outer.
Sway bar bushes and end links.

I am at a total loss. I just want this car to be smooth like it used to be.

Do driveshafts go bad in these?
