The centre wiper spindle is very badly worn, so much so that I can't even get it apart. I don't have a solution to this yet though so I just had to grease it thoroughly, along with all the other joints.
Very common problem on Tesla's that spindle bushings wear out, so much so that wiper arm rubs on bonnet. I bought a cheap worn out mechanism on eBay and replaced old worn out steel bushes with bronze bushes. Spindle it self was not worn too bad plus I used longer 14mm bushes instead of original 10-11mm long so they cover unworn area on spindle. With original bushes there was about 6-7mm space in the middle between them and with replacements there is only about 1-1.5mm between them. Had to drill out opening in mechanism from 17mm to 18mm for replacement bushes.

This is what I used https://simplybearings.co.uk/shop/p2...duct_info.html
