Its surprising modern cars are still having issues with this.

Unfortunately the D2 spindles tend to wear very badly as they are chrome plated, which wears / rusts off, and then the spindles go oval The D3 spindles appear to be hardened and are longer than the D2 ones so I'm hoping to be able to put D2 arms on D3 spindles, replace the bushings, and fit balljoint linkages. When I get time...
