I removed the screen surround today ready for the new screen to be fitted tomorrow. As usual, several of the clips were rusty because of the butyl sealant the factory fitted at the base of the drain channel, seemingly deliberately to make the clips rust. These will be replaced once the glass is out.
Marcel came over to help so we put the bonnet back on - the colour match is very good.
The headlight rubber trims have rotted away, so these were replaced with pieces from a donor set of lights which I'm using for parts
The corner trim is sold as part of the lens, but it can be removed easily enough

One of the aluminium trims on the bumper was past recovery, but luckily I had one which was in usable condition and which polished up to a similar state as the other side
I forgot to take any pictures of the front end all back together, but the car is now back on its wheels ready for Autoglass tomorrow. I'll be putting the interior back in before they arrive, and hopefully polishing up the rest of the brightwork before taking it to Nicola's
