Rear calipers are common so I wouldn't worry about that. You can rebuild them fairly easily or get them refurbed.

There's only one chain at the back, on bank1, and its extremely rare for the 32V to have chain problems - I've never heard of it tbh. Is it a regular ticking? If so, could be a sticky lifter. If its an irregular rattle then its likely some hardware loose - the downpipes have heat shields which are spot-welded on and which can come loose.

The 32V is pretty bomb-proof so I wouldn't expect anything serious is going on.
