Ah that's a relief then, well to be fair it hasn't been serviced in over 40k and that was 12 years ago.
So I'm going to flush the engine and do a full service on the car. I did manage to get it up on a ramp at work today and have noticed I've got a rather large engine oil leak, and also what looks like a large gearbox leak as it's dripping all over the cats.
