My Boxster was Cat D, looked well repaired on the face of it, and it passed a thorough pre-purchase inspection undertaken by a Porsche specialist I engaged, but once I start digging deeper after purchase, the bad workmanship, bodging and lack of using OEM parts became more apparent, never again, wouldn't touch one unless it was an older classic with very detailed photo and repair history, with invoices
