I'd like to report that Dr. Duffy (Me!) paid a non-clinical visit to check in on the patient on Friday, and can confirm that Ray is alive and well and thriving in Wigan

He's recovered really well (i.e - still laughing and joking as much as ever
...), pretty much back to his usual self, and being very well looked after by his own personal nurse - who's still doubling up as driver for now, but I think Ray will be back behind the wheel of his '8 pretty soon
