Looking at the back of my old RNS-D, the block connector for the speakers has 8 female spade connectors. In theory, you 'should' be able to remove them from the connector with one of these terminal removal tools.
A bit of hassle, as there's not a lot of length to those looms, and you'll be trying to remove them, whilst the loom is pretty much still in the slot where the RNS-D sits. Then again, removing the door card to get at the speaker is no easy task either.
