The biggest difference is that VXUH22I uses more traditional design with narrow Iridium centre electrode and flat shaped Platinium disc on ground electrode, on IXUH22FTT ground electrode has thin Platinium tip, look at the pictures, you will see the difference. In theory thin tip may have better exposure and ignite mixture faster and more efficiently resulting in better efficiency reducing fuel consumption and increasing power but may wear out sooner and have shorter life. In real life for stock engine there is probably no noticeable difference.
For the connector, again there is probably no measurable difference in real life, crimped may have slightly higher resistance but considering that it's thousands of volts and very little Amps, I don't think it matters. It would matter if it was other way round with little voltage and lot of Amps. In theory also if not crimped properly it could work loose and separate. So in theory solid is better but in real life no difference unless there is manufacturing defect and not crimped on properly.
