The first question is why you want to change them?
The engine monts are very likely to be 'electrical', check if there is a plug on them. In these the electrical valves usually fail but it's really not noticeable. Not specific to your car but if you have excess engine movement, it's usually the front torque mount that's failed not the side mounts. For propshaft, again not specific to your car but usually for Audi you cannot buy propshaft mount on it's own, only complete balanced propshaft as single unit, as it needs to be taken apart to change the mount and cannot be guaranteed to be in balance after re-assembly. For some models like Q7 there are after market split mounts available.
