More questions I'm afraid

Sorry for posting this here but I wondered what tyres you folks find work well on the Quattro. Mine currently has dunlops fitted 255/40/19. They are a different version front to back (although Dunlop) and are all but one heading near the limit.
As part of getting the alloys redone I am going to get new rubber fitted.
I have in the past had good experiences with Dunlops Contis and more recently Falken 452's (slightly less expensive) which I have on an XJ, and they seem to be surviving ok and give a quiet ride and good grip.
Also can a decent tyre bay set up the alignment etc on Audi ok. In the past my local tyre bloke has done a very good job on my motors for a resonable price, he has a good quality 4 wheel digital alignment set up. I used this for my E55 and my Westfield and they both benefitted from being set up correctly. I assume Audi Stealers are a tad expensive for this 4 wheel alignment?
Cheers
