If that guy from Ireland was interested in Amar's car he would also need to spend another €1893 on the Irish import tax for a car of that type. And that is based on an Irish government estimated current value of €5260 i.e. tax is 36% of the value in Ireland.
That may be what is scaring him off. Also the punitive €1566 yearly motor tax is pretty off putting too...
