I'll also be thinking about some new front brakes. Whilst I like the performance of the EBC brakes, they held on gamely at the Nurburgring but are noisy in normal use, though for the price they are unbeatable. So I'm thinking Ferodo DS2500 and Brembo discs, but I'll need to examine the finances first.

Ahhh...brakes...Sometimes they go when you least expect it. Metal on metal on the rears of my s8, plus frozen calipers meant spending 6 hours more on Skye than we'd planned
- no great hardship, other than queueing down the side of Loch Lomond for an hour. Bit of a surprise a month or so after being serviced - maybe it was a good thing that I couldn't make the 'Ring trip.
