Revo should have their own insurance... fully comp. If they are suggesting for one minute that it is Nick's problem, and should claim on his own insurance, they are sadly wrong!
They should go through the normal claims process, and repair Nick's car. Their insurers will sort out liability with the Vectra driver.
It's a disgrace, quite frankly; Nick should have had this sorted PDQ. The car was in their care, with one of their employees - regardless of who was to blame.
The same could be said of a certain other garage that had a forum members car stolen from their premesis.
I for one will never grace REVO's doors now this has come to light!
