I can hardly call it hybrid with 1.86m @37mph range on electric only, 40kW electric motor and 1.3kWh battery. It's more like KERS system in F1 only it not just recovers energy when braking but also collects excess power from engine and stores it to give boost when necessary.
I mean really cool idea but can it be called hybrid?
